In 1981, the location was the scene of a brutal, drug related-bludgeoning of four people for which pornstar John Holmes was charged but later acquitted. The Wonderland murders were immortalized in the 2003 movie Wonderland (Val Kilmer).
I realize that LA real estate is a whole world of insanity, but do you really want to pony up $3k to rest your head in the same place where 4 people were slaughtered and pornstar John Holmes aka Johnny Wadd may or may not have been involved? Not me. Someone’s definitely going to need an exorcism.
