Vivid Entertainment Group, maker of porn superstars, just signed Meggan Malone to a one-year exclusive contract. Vivid claims that she’s only shot two scenes in the industry, but word on the curb is that this “fresh and hot new girl” allegedly broke a prior solo girl contract and may have previously shot several scenes for other shooters possibly including B/G hardcore and an anal creampie.

The American Civil Liberties Union has thrown its support behind Idaho Sen. Larry Craig, arguing that people who have sex in public restrooms have a “reasonable expectation of privacy”.
Senator Craig was arrested on June 11, 2007 and accused of non-verbally inviting an undercover police officer to engage in a sex act in a Minnesota airport bathroom. Craig later plead guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct but is now asking the Minnesota Court of Appeals to withdraw his plea.
The ACLU argued that even if Craig was inviting the officer to have sex, his actions wouldn’t be illegal.
“The government cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Senator Craig was inviting the undercover officer to engage in anything other than sexual intimacy that would not have called attention to itself in a closed stall in the public restroom,” the ACLU wrote in its brief. [read more]

“Dita had agreed to share profits and split the rights to her films with [Zahurak],” said Von Teese’s lawyer, Keith Fink. But after Zahurak died, Butler took over his company and now claims she alone owns the film and its proceeds.
